We are seeking a committed and experienced Special Education Teacher to join a school in Auburn, WA for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting students across K–8 with varying needs.

Position Details:

• Start Date: September 2, 2025

• End Date: June 30, 2026

• Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

• Setting: Onsite only

• Caseload:

• K–8th grade

• Potential to float between elementary and middle school

• Combination of resource room and self-contained settings

• Includes students with moderate to severe behavior needs and medically fragile conditions

Required Credentials:

• Active Washington State Teaching Certificate

• Special Education Endorsement (K–12 General)

• ESA Certification

• OSPI Fingerprints (must be on file)

• CPI Certification – preferred but not required

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in resource and self-contained classrooms

• Skilled in working with students with significant behavioral and medical needs

• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

• Strong documentation and IEP writing skills
