Requirements

• Vermont teaching license with SPED endorsement

• Experience in leadership or coordination roles within SPED

• Strong knowledge of IEP compliance and state guidelines

Responsibilities

• Lead department initiatives and support special education staff

• Serve as primary contact for administration regarding SPED services

• Oversee IEP processes and ensure compliance

• Support collaboration across teams and grade levels

• Provide guidance and training to teachers and staff
