Job Details:
- Fulltime
- August 25, 2025 – June 16, 2026
- High School Case Manager
- Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Collaborate with other staff members, including general education teachers, to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and performance.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Must have previous experience with virtual school case management
Required Credentials/Non-Negotiables:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- VT State Licensure
