Two in-person Special Education positions are available for the 2026-27 school year:

Qualifications

  • Valid Special Education teaching credentials meeting state requirements
  • Experience in either middle school (grades 56) or high school settings
  • Ability to provide direct instruction, case management, and oversee IEPs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to in-person student engagement and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Teach and case-manage 5th and 6th graders (Middle School role)
  • Conduct evaluations and write IEPs
  • Provide direct instruction and oversee paraeducators (High School role)
  • Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings
  • Foster inclusive, positive learning environments for each student
  • Maintain strong communication with families and multidisciplinary teams
