Requirements:
Valid Alabama teaching license with Special Education endorsement (e.g., Mild/Moderate, Severe Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Preferred experience in inclusive classrooms, resource rooms, or self-contained settings
Must meet state and district hiring requirements
Job Details:
Location: K–12 public schools across Alabama
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Employment: W-2 contracts for the 2025–2026 school year
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, paid weekly
Renewal: High potential for contract extension based on district needs and performance

Your Role:
As a Special Education Teacher in Alabama, you’ll develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), adapt instruction for a wide range of learners, and work closely with families, general education teachers, and specialists to promote an inclusive educational environment.
