We are currently seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to serve students in Birmingham, AL for the 2025–2026 school year. This position is ideal for educators who are passionate about individualized instruction and dedicated to fostering student growth and achievement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field

• Valid Alabama teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement (Collaborative K-6 or 6-12)

• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation

Job Duties:

• Plan and deliver instruction tailored to individual student needs

• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines

• Track and report on student progress and goals

• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with special education regulations
