Position Overview:
Location: Birmingham, AL
Schedule: 2025 School Year (dates will be provide during the interview)
Hours:
Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk)
Subjects/Settings:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (similar degrees, with licensing will be considered)
- Active Alabama Special Education certification (Pending licenses will be considered, but license must be active by the start date)
- Experience working with high school students, or adolescents, that have diverse learning styles and needs
- Knowledge of federal & local laws related to special education
