- High school (9-12th): Resource
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a similar degree or program
- Active/valid Alabama Special Education license/certification (Pending licenses will be considered, but license must be active by the start date)
- School-based experience working with high school, or middle school, students that have diverse learning styles and needs
- Knowledge of federal & local special education laws
