This role places you onsite at an elementary setting, directly supporting a dedicated caseload of students with Significant Support Needs (SSN). Youll collaborate with talented colleagues, bringing your skills to a district invested in fostering inclusive, transformative learning environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid CDE Special Education (SPED) licensure
  • Experience with Significant Support Needs (SSN) preferred
  • Ability to adapt to new classroom environments and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 11 elementary students with SSN
  • Develop, implement, and modify Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to support student success
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
