Special Education Teacher - Burnsville, Minnesota

• Current Minnesota special education certification (required)

• Flexibility and resourcefulness in addressing individual student goals

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering individualized instruction and supports to students with varying abilities
• Collaborating with general education teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive environment
• Developing and monitoring IEP goals, conducting assessments, and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Engaging regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and strategies for support
• Providing guidance and accommodations to ensure each students success in the classroom
