Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Special Education Certification, valid for Special Education content through the 8th grade
• Adapted Curriculum Endorsement required; candidates with pending credentials will also be considered
• Experience working in a lower functioning, self-contained special education classroom environment preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with support staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to promoting individualized growth and goal achievement for each student

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse learner needs
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals and a Registered Behavior Technician for classroom management and lesson delivery
