Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Nebraska state-specific requirements to be considered, which may include:

• Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with Special Education endorsement

• Required degree in Special Education or related field

• Any additional certifications mandated by the Nebraska Department of Education

Typical Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs

• Provide direct instruction and intervention in individual and group settings

• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and parents

• Track student progress and maintain compliance with state and district documentation standards

• Participate in IEP meetings and school staff meetings as required
