Job Requirements:

• Valid Georgia teaching certification in Special Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field

• State and federal background clearance

• Previous experience working in a middle school setting preferred

Job Duties:

• Provide targeted instruction and support to middle school students with diverse learning needs

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth

• Conduct assessments and maintain progress monitoring data

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment to support academic and social success
