About the Position:
We are currently seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers for travel positions in New Orleans, LA. This role provides the chance to work in a supportive and dynamic school environment, helping students with diverse learning needs thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.

Provide direct instruction and support to students with various disabilities.

Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to create an inclusive and effective learning environment.

Track and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on educational goals for students.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.

Valid Louisiana state certification as a Special Education Teacher.

Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
