As a valued Special Education Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to choose your preferred caseload: either supporting a Life Skills classroom, an Autism classroom, or working with students in a behavior-focused setting.

In this assignment, you'll find each classroom equipped for small group rotations and inclusive activities such as art, PE, and lunch with peers. You'll work collaboratively with school staff to modify core curriculums and implement strategies tailored to your students diverse needshelping them achieve academic and personal growth.

To excel in this position, you bring:

• A bachelors degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Texas Special Education (EC-12) teaching certification
• Recent, or the ability to obtain, fingerprint clearance through the Texas Education Agency (TEA)
• Experience (preferred) in life skills, autism support, or behavioral classrooms
• Dedication to fostering inclusion and building positive student relationships
• Full-time availability (37.5 hours/week) from now through the end of May 2027

Key responsibilities include:
