We are actively seeking a passionate and qualified Special Education (SPED) Teacher to support a K–12 caseload in a school setting for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year in Denver, CO. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative and inclusive educational environment.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student-specific goals and assessments
Provide specialized instruction and accommodations tailored to meet individual learning styles
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to promote student success
Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and team planning
Ensure compliance with federal and state special education regulations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
Active Colorado Teaching Certification with Special Education endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience working with students with disabilities (mild to moderate and/or moderate to severe) preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
