We’re seeking a licensed Physical Disabilities Teacher (PHD) to provide specialized instruction and support for students with physical disabilities ages Birth–22. This is not a DAPE position—you’ll focus on adaptive academics, life skills, and individualized learning strategies.
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to physical disabilities (e.g., CP, spina bifida, neuromuscular disorders)
Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and assistive tech teams to maximize student independence
Adapt curriculum for accessibility and inclusion across school/home settings
Empower students to achieve functional and academic goals
Holds (or is eligible for) a MN PHD license
Experience with early intervention (Birth–3) and/or school-aged populations
Knowledge of adaptive tech, AAC, or mobility equipment (preferred)
Flexible and compassionate team player
Part-time flexibility (choose your 2 weekdays!)
Small, focused caseload for meaningful 1:1 impact
