Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to support middle school students with affective needs in Fort Lupton, CO. This position includes case management for approximately 30 students.

Required Qualifications:

• Colorado Teaching License with a Special Education endorsement

• Bachelor's or Master's in Special Education

• Experience working with behavioral or emotional support needs is highly preferred

Duties Include:

• Provide academic and behavioral instruction aligned with IEP goals

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans

• Maintain documentation and case files

• Communicate with students, families, and staff
