Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification for at least one state
• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field; Masters degree a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide differentiated instruction and interventions for students with varying educational challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in professional development and school meetings as required
