Youll play a vital role delivering specialized instruction, partnering with general education colleagues, and ensuring the success of every learner.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Georgia General SPED Certification or comparable credential through GaPSC (must provide certification snapshot)
• Proven experience in a school-based SPED setting
• Ability to manage classroom environments and foster student engagement
• Proficiency supporting IEP implementation and maintaining documentation
• Full-time availability, MondayFriday, onsite only
• Dependable transportation to and from the workplace

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction tailored to students with special needs
• Maintain thorough records of student progress and IEP compliance
• Collaborate closely with faculty, support staff, and families to promote consistent student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, develop and adjust instructional strategies, and adapt materials as needed
• Foster a positive, encouraging classroom culture that prioritizes inclusion, safety, and respect
• Adhere to all district and legal standards for special education service delivery
