Full-Time Special Education Teacher – Hollis, NH

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Special Education Teachers for full-time positions with school districts in the Hollis, NH area. We are looking for compassionate and skilled educators committed to helping students with disabilities achieve academic and personal success.

Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

• Valid New Hampshire Educator License with a Special Education endorsement

• Completion of a state-approved educator preparation program in Special Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field

• Successful completion of background checks and fingerprinting as required by the New Hampshire Department of Education

• Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP development and implementation, and compliance regulations

• Prior experience in special education classrooms preferred

Typical Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ specific needs

• Provide specialized instruction in academic and functional skill areas

• Modify curriculum and teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learners

• Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, families, and administrators

• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings

• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
