  • Schedule: Full-time (30–40 hours/week)

  • Weekly Compensation: $1,300–$1600 (commensurate with experience)

  • Employment Type: W-2 contract via BlazerJobs

  • Duration: Full academic year with potential for extension


Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering tailored instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students

  • Collaborating with IEP teams to implement and monitor student plans

  • Modifying instructional materials and techniques to align with individual goals

  • Keeping accurate, timely records aligned with school and state standards

  • Maintaining consistent communication with families and educational staff


What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Indiana teaching license with Special Education certification

  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred

  • Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to student success
