Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher license issued by the State of South Carolina (required)
• Previous experience with early childhood or elementary special education preferred
• Strong classroom management skills and adaptability

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction, support, and services to students in grades 3K and 4K as outlined in their IEPs
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with families, general education teachers, and support staff to optimize student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and required reporting
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
