Requirements:

• Active Minnesota teaching license with special education endorsement
• Experience in special education settings, ideally with varied student needs
• Comfort collaborating with paraprofessionals and behavioral support staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, adaptive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work closely with students, families, and team members to promote progress
• Integrate behavioral and academic support strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and student records
• For early childhood role: provide at-home support and engage families directly
• Participate in professional learning and school initiatives
