We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), adapting general education lessons, and providing targeted instruction tailored to each student’s unique learning needs. You’ll work closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support academic, social, and behavioral growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Deliver differentiated instruction in a variety of subject areas

• Create a supportive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment

• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and report outcomes

• Collaborate with school staff, specialists, and families to ensure student success

• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)

• Valid state certification in Special Education

• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including behavioral and developmental challenges

• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
