We’re looking for a certified and experienced Special Education Teacher to join a school district near Robbinsdale, MN for the 2025–2026 school year. This position offers a competitive weekly take-home pay of approximately $1,4600 — that's about $54.00 per hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • IEP Development & Implementation: Assess student needs and create individualized education programs (IEPs) with clear goals and accommodations.
  • Specialized Instruction: Plan and deliver adaptive lessons suited to diverse learning needs and disabilities.
  • Behavior Management: Use positive strategies to foster a structured, supportive environment; manage and redirect challenging behaviors.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and document student progress toward IEP goals, adjusting approaches as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work with general education staff, support teams, and specialists to promote student inclusion and success.
  • Family Communication: Maintain regular contact with parents/guardians, updating them on progress and strategies.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning to keep current with best practices in special education.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field required
Certification: Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
Experience: Previous experience working in a special education or inclusive classroom setting is preferred.
