Youll be working Monday through Friday, 7:20 am to 3:20 pm, in a cluster classroom setting alongside a team that includes three dedicated paraprofessionals and approximately 10 students. The caseload centers on students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a center-based programan ideal role for educators passionate about supporting diverse learning needs and working hands-on in an engaged school community.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid teaching license in Special Education (Minnesota) or ability to obtain
• Proven experience in DCD/ASD center-based settings
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered environment
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and develop individualized education strategies
• Experience working with paraprofessionals is a plus
