Special Education Teacher in Nashua, NH

Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students with intensive needs as a Special Education Teacher for grades 5 and 6. As the primary case manager, youll be instrumental in guiding both academic and developmental progress for your caseload, working collaboratively with staff, families, and related service providers.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility for certification)
• Experience with upper-elementary or middle school age students, especially those with moderate to intensive needs
• Familiarity with Life Skills instructional strategies and interventions
• Strong communication and organization skills for effective case management and collaboration
• Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students strengths and needs
