Job Title: 1:1 Special Education Teacher
Location: New Orleans, LA

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Special Education Teacher to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting the individual needs of students and making a meaningful impact in their academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and support to a student with special needs

• Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success

• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation

• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• Valid Louisiana teaching certification in Special Education

• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
