This position offers you the chance to work school-year hours (35 hours/week, MondayFriday), following the school calendar. Your responsibilities will focus on assisting non-certified teachers by modeling effective instructional strategies, guiding IEP writing, collecting progress data, providing meaningful feedback, and helping prepare robust progress reports. Your support will be key to building capacity in each classroom and ensuring students receive the highest quality education possible.

• Active Louisiana Department of Education teaching certificate with a Special Education endorsement
• Demonstrated experience in special education settings
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff
• Flexibility and adaptability to move between campuses as needed
• Successful completion of drug testing, fingerprints, and background check
