What Youll Need:

• Active Delaware Special Education Teacher license
• Previous experience in special education settings preferred
• Passion for individualized student support and collaborative teaching
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and classroom management
• Ability to adapt and develop differentiated instructional plans
• Willingness to work onsite and partner with school teams

What Youll Do:

• Deliver high-quality instruction and individualized education plans (IEPs) to students
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Create positive, engaging classroom environments that support diverse learning needs
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different abilities and interests
• Provide ongoing advocacy and support for students with disabilities

• 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
