Position Summary

We're seeking educators to support students with a wide range of learning differences. Roles may include teaching in self-contained classrooms, resource support, or inclusion/co-teaching models. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that ensures each student receives the instruction and services outlined in their IEPs.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Delivering targeted instruction aligned with student goals

• Working with general education teachers, related service providers, and families

• Tracking student progress and maintaining compliance with IDEA regulations

Openings are available in both urban and rural districts across Nebraska, including Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island, Kearney, North Platte, and surrounding communities.

Requirements

• Current Nebraska teaching certificate with a Special Education endorsement (or ability to obtain)

• Experience with IEP development and implementation preferred

• Familiarity with Nebraska Rule 51 and IDEA regulations

• Must pass all required district and state background screenings

• Full-time and part-time opportunities

• Contracts span the entire 2025–2026 school year
