What successful candidates bring:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience with early childhood or elementary special education programs, particularly center-based or autism support settings
• Strong ability to tailor instruction to individual learning needs and IEP requirements
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering a welcoming, inclusive classroom for diverse learners

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering differentiated instruction in alignment with program and district guidelines
