Position: Special Education Teacher
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Dates: July 28, 2025 – May 27, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week
Onsite Only

BlazerJobs is seeking 30 Special Education Teachers to join a team in Phoenix, AZ for the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers the opportunity to work with students in primary, elementary, and middle school settings. We will place teachers where they best fit, ensuring an ideal match between the educator and the caseload. This position is in-person only.

Caseload/Role Details:

• Work in primary/elementary and middle school classrooms

• Provide support for students with mild, moderate, or severe disabilities

• Write and implement IEPs for students

• Teachers will be assigned to various caseloads based on their experience and preferences

• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student development

• Flexible placements based on contractor fit

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required

• Must hold an Arizona Department of Education (ADE) Teaching Certificate

• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required

• SEI or ESL certification highly preferred

• Experience writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Ability to work with a diverse range of student abilities and needs
