Each classroom is designed to foster student growth through a combination of small group rotations and participation in integrated activities such as art and physical education. Collaboration with school teams will help you deliver individualized instruction and modify core academic curriculum for students with diverse learning profiles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
• Texas Special Education (EC-12) certificate, current and valid
• Experience in life skills, behavior, or autism-focused elementary special education classrooms is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Commitment to fostering inclusion and positive behavioral supports
• Fingerprinting clearance through TEA (must be completed before start date if not already on file)
