Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Indiana Special Education Teacher license
- Must meet Indiana Department of Education licensure requirements
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Create and implement IEPs that support individual student goals
- Provide direct special education services in various instructional settings
- Adapt general education curriculum as needed
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists
- Track and document progress and compliance
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
