You will have the chance to engage children in thoughtfully designed activities, support individualized learning plans, and help prepare students for future success. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (35 hours per week), allowing a healthy worklife balance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Teaching Certificate required
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and special education best practices
• Compassionate approach to working with children and families
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Collaborative mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for children in the Early Intervention program
• Guide classroom instruction and provide targeted interventions for children with special needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including therapists and support staff
• Communicate progress and strategies with families to foster student growth
• Maintain thorough documentation of instructional and behavioral interventions
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and committee assignments as required
