25/26 Travel Special Education Teacher – Elementary School-Houston, TX

BlazerJobs is seeking a licensed Travel Special Education Teacher to support an elementary school in Houston, TX for the 2025–2026 school year. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs for students with diverse needs

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success

• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education guidelines

• Provide a nurturing and structured classroom environment

• Track and report student progress, participating in all IEP meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field

• Active Texas Special Education certification (or eligibility for reciprocity)

• Experience working in elementary special education settings preferred

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to relocate and complete the entire school-year contract
