Blazer Jobs is partnering with schools in Auburn, Washington, to hire full-time Special Education Teachers for the 2025–2026 school year. These onsite positions include multiple openings with varying caseloads, ages, and levels of need—from mild to more intensive supports. We're seeking passionate educators ready to make a difference in diverse classroom settings.

Job Description:

• Position: Special Education Teacher

• Location: Onsite in Auburn, WA

• Schedule: Full-time, 2025–2026 school year

• Caseloads: Varying by building, include different grade levels and severity

• Collaborate with general education staff, provide direct instruction, manage IEPs, and support inclusive learning environments

Requirements:

• Active Washington State teaching license with SPED endorsement

• Experience with IEP development and implementation

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• School-based experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

• $32–$38/hour, potentially higher depending on experience
