Job Description:
The Special Education Teacher will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), deliver specialized instruction, and collaborate with staff and families to support student success.

Responsibilities:

• Create lesson plans aligned to IEP goals.

• Support academic, social, and behavioral development.

• Monitor and document student progress.

• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.

Federal and Florida State Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field.

• Florida Educator Certification in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) or eligibility.

• Background clearance (Level II).

• U.S. work authorization.
