Key Qualifications:

• Possession of an active Tennessee Special Education teaching license/certification with all required endorsements.
• Demonstrated expertise developing and implementing IEPs, including goal-setting, progress monitoring, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Familiarity with both inclusion and pull-out instructional models, ensuring that students receive the appropriate support and accommodations.
• Strong record of collaborating with general education teachers to foster a cohesive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Skilled in using data to drive instruction and track progress effectively.
• Experience consulting and communicating regularly with families to enhance student outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and interventions in accordance with IEP goals.
