Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher for a full-time position working with Pre-K students at a school district near Vernon Hills, IL (Zip Code: 60061).

Job Details:

  • Location: School District Near Vernon Hills, IL (Zip Code: 60061)
  • Caseload: Pre-K Caseload (3 – 5 year olds) (More information available upon inquiry)
  • Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
  • Start Date: August 18th, 2025
  • End Date: June 1st, 2026
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, onsite (W-2 Contract)
  • Position Type: Onsite Special Education Teacher
Qualifications:
  • Active IL Special Education (SPED) License
  • Valid IL Teaching Certification
  • PEL License Required
  • Previous experience in Special Education preferred
  • Ability to provide 2-3 professional references
