We are currently seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support an elementary school caseload in Waxahachie, TX. This is a full-time, onsite position for the 2025–2026 school year.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field

• Valid Texas Special Education teaching certification

• Experience working with students at the elementary level preferred

• Must be able to work onsite full time

• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

• Deliver specialized instruction and support based on student needs

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families

• Monitor and document student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
