As a Special Education Teacher, you'll work full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a manageable caseload of up to 28 students, focused on mild to moderate needs. While the position is primarily on-site, there may be potential for a virtual (VOCO) component, allowing for some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff.
  • Provide direct instruction and differentiated support for students with mild to moderate disabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and track student progress toward IEP goals.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment to encourage growth and learning.
