Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to join a school-based team in the Port St. Lucie area for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving K–12 students. Caseloads are assigned based on your skills and experience to ensure the best fit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or related field

• Active Florida teaching license with DHH endorsement (or eligibility)

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Proficiency in ASL and/or spoken language strategies

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct and consultative DHH services to students

• Developing and implementing IEPs with individualized goals

• Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff

• Integrating assistive technology and communication supports

• Monitoring and documenting student progress
