Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for a full-time position in Seattle, Washington for the 2025–2026 school year.

Typical Job Duties:
Deliver specialized instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing in inclusive and/or self-contained settings
Modify curriculum and learning activities to suit individual communication needs, including ASL, cued speech, or auditory/oral methods
Collaborate with general education teachers, interpreters, audiologists, and families
Participate in IEP development and monitor student progress toward goals
Provide guidance on assistive technology and hearing equipment in the classroom
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or related field
Valid Washington State teaching certification with Deaf/Hard of Hearing endorsement
Knowledge of ASL, hearing assistive technology, and Deaf culture
Must meet all local, state, and federal education standards
